Parts of Brain and their Functions

The brain is a part of the Central Nervous System. The three parts of Brain; Cerebrum, Cerebellum, Medulla Oblongata; and their functions is given here:
Cerebrum: is the largest part of the brain and is composed of right and left hemispheres. It performs higher functions like interpreting touch, vision and hearing, as well as speech, reasoning, emotions, learning, and fine control of movement.
Cerebellum: is located under the cerebrum. Its function is to coordinate muscle movements, maintain posture, and balance.
Brainstem (Medulla Oblongata): acts as a relay center connecting the cerebrum and cerebellum to the spinal cord. It performs many automatic functions such as breathing, heart rate, body temperature, wake and sleep cycles, digestion, sneezing, coughing, vomiting, and swallowing.

Spinal Cord is also a part of the Central Nervous System (CNS) and is the center of the Reflex Action. It connects a large part of the peripheral nervous system to the brain. Information (nerve impulses) reaching the spinal cord through sensory neurons are transmitted up into the brain.

Mosquito Types and Diseases

The 3 species; Culex, Anopheles and Aedes are the vector of many diseases.

Culex Mosquito: 

The vector arbovirus infection such as West Nile Virus, Japanese encephalitis, St. Louis encephalitis, and also filariasis and avian malaria.

Anopheles Mosquito:

Female Anopheles mosquitoes pick up the parasites (primarily Plasmodium falciparum or Plasmodium vivax) by feeding on infected humans. The parasites develop in a mosquito's body for 10 to 18 days, then is passed on when the mosquito injects saliva while feeding. 

Aedes Mosquito: 

It vectors viruses that cause dengue fever, yellow fever, West Nile fever, chikungunya, eastern equine encephalitis, and Zikavirus, along with many other, less notable diseases. Human lymphatic filariasis by Aedes polynesiensis.

Temporary And Permanent Hardness of Water

Temporary hardness is due to carbonate & bicarbonate anions present in water and also called carbonate hardness.
The temporary hardness is removed:
  1. By boiling
  2. By adding lime water (Ca(OH)2)
For example; CaCO3, MgCO3, Ca(HCO3)2, Mg(HCO3)2
Mainly permanent hardness is due to chloride & sulfate anions present in water and also called non-carbonate hardness
The Permanent Hardness can be removed:
  1. By adding soda (Na2CO3)
  2. By Permutit process (Sodium Zeolite)
For Example; CaCl2, MgCl2, CaSO4, MgSO4

Blogger is a most popular web publishing platform. It is easy and fully free of cost. It was developed by Pyra labs and later bought by Google. The blogs are hosted by Google and generally accessed by subdomain blogspot.com. It also supports the third party domains.
Namecheap is one of the world's top domain name registrars, It also hosts DNS record of the third-party domains. It has both premium and freemium service.

Step by step tutorial to free host with Blogger and Namecheap

  • After your domain will become active, browse www.namecheap.com. Sign up for a free account. 
  • Click the header option "Domain" and click on freeDNS.
  • In the Namecheap dashboard, your domain name will be shown if you have chosen Namecheap as a primary and secondary name server. (Please Read: How to choose one of the world's top registrar Namecheap as a Domain Name Server for .NP Domain registration)
  • Click on "Manage" (pointed on above Screenshot), click on advance DNS and fill the host records CNAME Record, A Record. (Due to security reason CNAME record has hidden below). Put your Domain Name in the place of URL Redirect Record.
  • The First CNAME Record is same for all but Second is different. For the Second CNAME record. Browse Blogger.com, Sign in your Gmail id, Go to "Basic Setting" in your Blogger dashboard, Click on "+ Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog" (It is found just below your subdomain.blogspot.com). Put your .NP Domain Name and save, there will be shown two CNAME Record. Copy your CNAME and add to your Namecheap Host Record as in above Screenshot and save it. You will also see "error 9" in your Blogger.
  • After adding the host record, please wait for a few hours to a day, the "error 9" will be disappeared on adding the domain to your blogger. Then the setup will complete.
  • Now browse your website www.yourdomain.com.np, which will now open.

  1. Browse Nepal's official .np domain registration portal www.register.com.np 
  2. Create a login account by registering with your login details.
  3. The confirmation link will be sent to your email. Click the link and log in with your email id and password.
  4. Check your domain availability, If your domain name is available to register (As in below), click the "Register Now" button. Please be careful with the terms and conditions of .np registration, choose the name and format as mentioned.

To choose Namecheap (One of the most popular registrar) as a Nameserver fill Primary Name Server: freedns1.registrar-servers.com and Secondary Name Server: freedns2.registrar-servers.com
  6. Save the details. Upload your Scanned copy of National id (Citizenship, Passport or Driving Licence) for the personal domain and for Organizations or Institutions, upload Nepal Government certificate of registration.
